Heart & Hands supports underserved children and families in Montgomery County through practical care and community connection. We organize supply drives, pop-up events, and care kits to meet immediate needs. Our focus is on kindness, dignity, and making a real difference.
Our Mission
Heart & Hands was founded by two high school students passionate about making a difference in our community. Though we’re just getting started, our mission is clear: to provide meaningful support and build connections through programs like our Sponsor-a-Student drive, community pop-ups, and care kits. We believe in giving what matters, when it matters, meeting families where they are and offering both practical help and moments of comfort. Through our work, we hope to bring people together, foster a sense of belonging, and create a lasting impact for underserved children and families in Montgomery County. This is just the beginning, and we’re excited to grow alongside the community we serve!
